USS Casablanca Class Model ships
Build Any Escort Carrier in the Class.

Kit# A124    $139.00   18" long super detailed

This kit is to have 450 plus parts.
U.S. Navy Task Unit 77.4.3 (Taffy 3) Battle of Leyte Gulf Oct. 25, 1944
Carrier planes (Wildcat x 6, Avenger x 3) are included in the kit.

Meeting a critical need for aircraft carriers that could be built quickly and economically,
Henry Kaiser created a small escort carrier based on a merchant hull. Launched in November, 1943,
the GAMBIER BAY saw action at Saipan and Tinian.
As part of the famous Taffy III Battle Group, she was crucial in halting the advance of the Japanese Imperial Fleet.
This kit is one of the most excitingly detailed WWII ships we've ever built.
Included in the kit are three each of the two types of aircraft.

3 x SBD DAUNTLESS, 6 x FM-2 WILDCAT, 3 x TBM-1C AVENGER
(FM-2 and TBM-1C can be selected holding wing condition)

We have Carrier Deck Decals .

With new decals build any ship in the class!
